Shipping Policy
We want to make ordering and receiving your merchandise as seamless as possible. These shipping guidelines should answer questions about our shipping policy and methods.
WHEN we ship: We ship each business day - Monday through Friday and are closed for all nationally published holidays (and others as designated on our site). Pre-embroidered, in-stock items ordered prior to 1 pm CST, Monday through Friday will ship the same day or be ready for same-day local pick up after 4 pm CST (UPS Store @ Preston/Royal). Orders for pre-embroidered (non-customized items) placed after 1 pm CST M-F will ship the next business day.
HOW we ship:
We use the United States Postal Service as our shipping provider. We use Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express exclusively as our mode of shipping. These delivery services are tracked, covered up to $200 per package, deliver to a P.O. Box and deliver on Saturdays for no additional charge.
Return Policy
Because our blankies are personalized and made-to-order, unfortunately, we do not accept returns. If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged or defective, please notify us no later than 2 weeks after receipt.
